Rydym yn cysylltu â phobl mewn ychydig o wahanol ffyrdd, drwy:
 

  1. Llais Lleol
    A new, place-based way of connecting with communities across Wales. Llais Locals is more than a series of events, it’s a new way of working that brings us into the heart of communities across Wales. In each region, we spend time in local towns and neighbourhoods to listen to what matters most to people where they live. We partner with local clubs, charities, and health and social care services to meet people in the places they already trust and use, making it easier for them to share their views. This community-first approach helps us surface local issues, improve visibility, and create immediate feedback loops with local leaders. By being present and consistent, we’re building trust, relationships, and understanding that lasts beyond any single conversation. Come and talk to us at an upcoming Llais Local event.
     
  2. Regional Public Fora
    Strategic regional-level conversations with residents, carers, staff, and partners about health and care challenges and opportunities.  Join us at your next local public forum.
     
  3. Regional Events
    We also attend events locally and nationally ran by other partner organisations.

  4. National Events
    On an All-Wales basis, we have driven our National Conversation by attending events such as:
  • Royal Welsh Show
  • The National Eisteddfod
  • The Urdd Eisteddfod
  • Pride Cymru
  • Carers Wales
  • The Everywoman Festival
  • The Minority Ethnic Communities (MEC) Health Fair
  • The National Social Care Conference
  • The Rural Health and Care Conference, and many others.

What do we do with what we hear?
Llais public event


Since our establishment, we have engaged with over 70,000 people.

We don’t just engage to listen, we act on what we hear. Llais has a statutory duty to make representations on behalf of people when health and social care services are not meeting their needs. These can take many forms, from formal submissions and public position statements to ongoing conversations with providers and decision-makers.

They all share a commitment to making sure people’s voices are heard by those with the power to make change.
